A luxurious apartment for up to 8 people. "Beach-house", 110 m² in two levels. Situated in the first row of a holiday apartment-complex close to the beach and town centre. 

The apartment has an unimpeded view of the sea, a local stream, marina and beach.

Ground floor: Open kitchen/family room with access to a large veranda/terrace. Bedroom with double-bed. Bathroom with spa and sauna.

1. floor: Large lounge with access to a small balcony. Bathroom. 2 bedrooms. I: Doublebed, II: 2 single beds. Balcony. Stairway to loft space and two additional sleeping places. (The loft has good head-room due to the high angle of the roof).

Facilities: Spa-bath, large sauna, TV with built in DVD, wireless network, washing-machine, tumble-dryer, dishwasher, ceramic hotplate, microwave, built-in-oven and fridge/freezer.

The apartment is situated in pleasant surroundings in walking distance of:
town centre (app. 500 m) and sea (app. 50 m)
swimming bath and supermarket (app. 200 m)

Free entrence to the swimming bath/fitness centre.

The newly established Gyldensteen golf-course is only 3 km away.  

Prices do not include use of water or electricity.
Cleaning by end of your stay is included in the rent.

Deposit when ordered. (Electricity and water will be deducted).
