The plain North Funen landscape is perfect for a nice bicycle ride for the whole family. As you bike along the narrow winding roads the nature is beautifully presenting its variety. From the small hills the beautiful view to the fields is presented along with a glimpse of some of the imposing manor houses of the area. Through small cosy villages with idyllic half-timbered houses and farmhouses you will pass several small brown-white-yellow Marguerite signs indicating the tourist route “The Daisy Route”.

All over North Funen you will find relics from the past and numerous churches invite you to a stop presenting interesting frescos and interior.

Along the roads small booths are offering fresh fruit and vegetables and the large number of orchards in the area are presenting home-grown fruit and freshly squeezed juice.

As a perfect ending to the ride you might have a refreshing swim at one of the nice beaches or find yourself a nice, shady spot for a picnic in one of the large forest areas.
