North Funen is an angler's paradise
The beautiful nature - and more than 80 kilometers of coastline invites you to numerous good experiences with your fishing rod.
In the area you will also find some good put & take lakes with lots of fish to catch.  

The famed trophy of the seas, the sea trout, has come back to the waters of North Funen - in massive amounts, which gives you the chance of a good sea trout catch. Other species of fish such as cod, grey mullets, garfish, mackerel and flatfish are also caught in the North Funen waters.

North Funen offers some of the best angling spots in Denmark. From the west coast at Skåstrup to the east coast at Enebærodde (Juniper Spit) angling to your heart's content is offered along with the enjoyment of the beautiful scenery.

Anglers between 18 and 65 years need a fishing licence for coast fishing.
The licence is available at the tourist office or at the post office.
